> AdMaster Workstation is not a remote panel for the full version;
> You can use it for the remote scheduling, and to build your own basic programmatic advertising platform;
> You can install the unlimited number of the Workstations, but they cannot see each other.
The remote scheduling:
Use the AdMaster Workstation to set up a campaign from the remote location. The campaign schedule and the spots will be automatically delivered to the full version of AdMaster, imported, processed and added to the main traffic schedule. The new schedule will be automatically created, the new traffic log files will overwrite the existing ones, and you'll receive the email notification that the campaign has been added to the schedule. Unless your playout requires the manual work (such as adding the files to the database to obtain the unique File ID or re-importing the traffic playlists when they are updated), the campaign is effective immediately.
Everyone from your sales department can have their own installations of the AdMaster Workstations installed on their computers.
The programmatic advertising platform:
Offer the advertising agencies and your customers to install the AdMaster Workstation, and create their own campaign schedules. The campaign schedules and the spots will be automatically delivered to the full version of AdMaster at your stations, and processed the same way as above. Unless your playout requires the manual work, the campaigns are effective immediately. Both you and your clients receive the auto-generated emal notifications that the campaign has been executed. Your job is to monitor the entire thing, sign the contracts and send the invoices.
> You can install the unlimited number of Workstations;
> Any AdMaster Workstation in the world can send the campaign schedules to anyone using full version of AdMaster anywhere in the world, providing that both parties have granted the campaign export/import permissions to each other;
> The Workstation cannot see (and/or access) any information on the full version of AdMaster (e.g. if a campaign has been created on the full version, you won't be able to update the spot or stop this campaign from the Workstation; also, you cannot use the Workstation to see the stats and the reports for the entire station, etc.);
> The Workstation cannot communicate with the other Workstations. If a campaign has been created by Jane's Workstation, her colleague Mike won't be able to see this campaign on his installation of the Workstation. If you have invited an advertising agency to use the AdMster Workstation to send you the campaign schedules, they won't be able to see any information from the full version of AdMaster at your station;
> You can create a campaign in the Workstation, and anyone can later edit or stop the same campaign using the full version of AdMaster that the campaign had been sent to. However, the Workstation will not receive any feedback from the full version, and won't "know" that the campaign has been edited or stopped;
> The full version of AdMaster can be used to edit or stop any active campaign. The campaigns created in the full version of AdMaster are treated equally to those imported from the Workstation(s). Whoever controls the full version of AdMaster, has the full control over the entire traffic schedule.
> In case you want to be able to maintain all the campaigns from both home and work, you need to stop all the campaigns on the full version, and create them again on the Workstation.
Each Workstation installation can be used to create the campaigns and send them to the unlimited number of radio or tv stations, providing that all of them are using the full version of AdMaster, and that the export/import permissions have been configured properly.
Please note that the full versions of AdMaster can do the same export/import procedure as well.
