Important to know:

If the traffic from one or more stations/channels is managed from one installation of AdMaster, a campaign can be set to run as
a) A single-station campaign; as the name says, it's set to run on one station only;
b) A multi-station campaign; it's set to run on the first station, then it's automatically copied and applied to the additional stations of your choice. Once the campaign has started, any changes (such as the spot replacement) should be applied on each station separately. This allows the easy setup and management of the campaigns with the identical schedule, while the spots may be different on each station (or channel or frequency).
c) A network campaign; it's set to run on the first station, then it's automatically copied and applied to the additional stations of your choice. Once the campaign has started, any changes (such as the spot replacement) are automatically applied to the entire network of stations.

If one station brand is broadcasted on multiple frequencies/channels:

> Each frequency can broadcast the separate commercial breaks contents;
> The entire traffic can be managed by one person from one place;
> The additional installations of AdMaster Workstation (free of charge) can help you to add the unlimited number of users and locations to manage the traffic from. If you are broadcasting for e.g. New York and Boston areas, the NYC office can manage the traffic for both cities, while the Boston office can have its own Workstation installed, to send the schedules directly to the AdMaster at the NYC office. Please note that, in this example, the Boston office will not have any access to the schedules created by the NYC office. In addition, a sales rep (or an advertising agency) in Denver can be granted the permissions to execute the campaigns on both NYC and Boston stations. > The traffic for the entire network is managed in AdMaster. The campaign changes can be effective immediately, providing that your playout software does not require the manual traffic playlist re-import or update;
> The intro and outro jingles/ID's included to the commercial breaks can also be separate for each frequency/channel. The advanced options are available, so that each commercial break across the week can have its own intro/outro jingles;
> The separate custom metadata lines can be included to the top and the bottom of each commercial break playlist;
> You decide how tight you want to keep the network in sync. To help you with this, AdMaster can time-limit the commercial breaks and top-up the shorter ones. The active spots can also be used to act as the top-ups, thus providing the free bonus plays to the advertisers, boosting their campaign effects and increasing the chances to have their contracts renewed. The dynamic top-ups are available: the entire network is monitored on break-by-break basis, and the commercial breaks are automatically topped up to match the duration of the longest running one. Any changes to the campaigns update the top-ups instantly, so if someone from the sales department adds a spot to the station with the longest running breaks, all the others are adjusted instantly. The alternate solution is to select a “master” station, and AdMaster will adjust the duration of all other stations accordingly (cut the longer, and/or top-up the shorter breaks on all other stations).

The advanced options (depending on your current playout):

> In addion to commercial break, you can separate the other playlist items such as news, weather, traffic and/or station ID’s on each frequency (or channel or region), while the main playlist remains identical for the entire network;
> The different voice tracks can be played on different frequencies (or channel or region), while the playlist remains identical for the entire network. The position of any given voice track in the rotation stays identical across the network. One person can create the voice tracks for the entire network, or each station can have its own hosts, or you can cross-share the resources (including co-hosting the shows);
> Everyone involved in voice tracking can be assigned the permissions to contribute for any station from the network. The voice track artists can use any audio editing software for the recording. No advanced automation knowledge is required: they only need to render the audio track to the specific folder. The music beds are added in real time, by the playout software. The next song's ramp starts under the voice track, matching the intro time and providing the perfect live broadcast effect. In case a voice track is not provided for whatever reason, the music bed is skipped and a custom station ID is set to be played instead.

> In case you need someone to set up the entire system for you, we can provide the initial setup service, as well as the full remote automation management service that may also include configuring the music playlist and the regular updates. To get a quote, please contact us with your requirements.

If your broadcast business broadcasts two or more brands:

> Each brand broadcasts its own commercial breaks
> Any commercial break can be time-limited or topped up to match the selected duration limit;
> The entire traffic can be managed by one person from one place;
> The additional installations of AdMaster Workstation (free of charge) can help you to add the unlimited number of users and locations to manage the traffic from. If you own the radio or tv brands in e.g. New York and Boston, the NYC office can manage the traffic for both cities, while the Boston office can have its own Workstation installed, to take care of the local campaigns, and also to send the schedules directly to the NYC station. Please note that, in this example, the Boston office will not have any access to the schedules created by the NYC office. In addition, a sales rep (or an advertising agency) in e.g. Denver can be granted the permissions to execute the campaigns on both NYC and Boston stations. > The intro/outro jingles/IDs can be added to the top/bottom of each commercial break. Each station/channel carries its own jingles/ID's, and each break can have the separate intro/outro settings.
> The custom metadata or playlist code lines can be added to the top/bottom of each commercial break playlist. Each station/channel can start/end with its own custom code lines, and any break on any station/channel can be configured separately.
